Frequently Asked Pricing Questions

What all is covered under my weekly fee?

Each package contains aspects of each of our core services: Accounting Foundations, Tax Planning, and Advisory services.

But your specific package customized for your business needs and goals. Most of our clients need the following, so we include them in the “starting at” price by default:

  • Profit and Loss Statements
  • Balance Sheets
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Annual business tax filing
  • Unlimited one-off questions
  • Certified Tax Coaching
  • Tax planning meetings
What if I need additional services or help?

During the discovery and onboarding process we will help you determine whether you need any add-on services on a regular basis, and we build that into your custom service package.

Examples of this are:

  • Audit representation
  • Business advisory

If at any point you need one-time services like switching your entity or a business valuation, we will price and scope them as a separate project.

What is the cost to get started?

To begin, there are a few essential onboarding tasks, which apply to every client, totaling approximately $1,500. Additionally, we require a complete set of monthly books for the entire year to ensure we can maximize your tax savings.

For clients who need prior months brought up to date, we charge a one-time fee based on the complexity of the bookkeeping including transaction volume, the number of business accounts, and the number of loans. This fee will be determined during the proposal process.

Are there any additional annual tax preparation costs?

Tax return pricing is based on the level of complexity identified during onboarding. If the complexity increases, any additional work will be billed separately from the package.

Are there any additional costs I should be aware of?

Our service agreements include specific allotments for each service. If your needs go beyond these limits, or if significant additional work—such as preparation, research, or follow-up beyond scheduled meeting time and estimated completion—is required, additional charges may apply. We are committed to transparency and will notify you of any overages with a separate invoice detailing the extra costs.
